My Approach

My approach balances listening with guiding. I meet you with compassion while also helping you move toward meaningful change, tailoring techniques to fit your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan.

Sessions blend open conversation with focused, practical work, so there's room to process what's on your mind while still building skills you can use right away. Together, we create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with what matters to you.

Above all, I prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship - one where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

Communities Served

  • Multilingual individuals — Support that honors the languages and cultures that shape your experience.

  • Young adults navigating independence — Support finding footing amid new responsibilities, relationships, and decisions.

  • Graduate students and early-career professionals — Care for the pressure and uncertainty that come with this stage of life and career.

  • People experiencing social isolation or lack of community support — Space to feel less alone and to build connection and support.

Education & Background

A Bit About Me

I find it deeply rewarding to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and discover their strengths. I value compassion, empathy, and authenticity, and therapy lets me bring those into my work every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, whether it's hiking, walking or running, or simply being outdoors. Spending time with family and friends is an important part of staying grounded and connected for me too.
