Rates

Rates vary based on clinician training and years of experience.

  • Initial assessment for new clients (we typically do 1-3 of these; 55-60 min. each): $132 - $220

  • Brief individual therapy session (45 min.): $111 - $185

  • Standard individual therapy session (55 min.): $126 - $210

Frequently Asked Questions About Insurance & Payment

  • We can file out-of-network claims with your insurance on your behalf or provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance so that you can get reimbursed for your sessions.

  • To find out what your plan may cover, contact your insurance company (use the member services number on the back of your card) and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. We have an out-of-network questionnaire that you can use to make sure you get all the necessary information and send it directly to us.

  • If you prefer, you may choose to opt out of using your health plan benefits. Please note that although you can change your mind later and start using them, that change won’t apply to sessions that have already occurred.

  • To cancel a scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50. If you fail to show for a scheduled session, or cancel it after the session start time, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $120.

    Please note that HSA and FSA cards cannot be used to pay for late cancellation or missed appointment fees, since no service was provided.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards and personal checks (please note that there is a $25 service fee for checks that are returned to us).

  • We ask all clients to keep a credit, debit or HSA card on file to pay for copays, fees, or additional services. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, you can call our office at 781-693-3200 or send us an email.
