My Approach
My approach is warm, patient, and grounded in curiosity. I offer a balance of support and gentle challenges to help you grow at your own pace, meeting you where you are rather than pushing you toward change before you're ready.
Sessions focus on understanding the roots of what you're experiencing while building concrete tools you can use in everyday life - whether that's navigating a difficult conversation, managing a stressful transition, or learning to sit with a hard emotion instead of being overwhelmed by it.
Our work combines understanding your experiences with building tools you can use in everyday life. I aim to be encouraging and empowering throughout, so that therapy feels like a collaborative process of discovering your own strengths.

A Bit About Me
I find it deeply rewarding to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and discover their strengths. I believe healing happens in relationships, and therapy gives me the privilege of creating that connection. Outside of sessions, I love reading and believe in lifelong learning. Spending time with friends and family, and physical activity such as running allows me to feel clearer and rejuvenated.
